Exchanges & Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your order we will arrange an exchange or return.

 Returns & Exchange Policy

  • If you do not love your purchase you can return within it within 14 days of it arriving with you. 
  • Please note that we cannot return earrings due to hygiene reasons.
  • Returns posting is not covered by us. We are a small business and hope you understand.
  • All items should be returned in the original packaging and in the condition they were received.
  • Once items are returned you will be entitled to receive a refund. For item(s) returned after this time we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, marked or are not in original condition. Every aspect of the piece must be free from signs of wear and tear.

    NOTE: Delivery & postage costs are not included in your refund.
  •  All goods are your responsibility until we receive them back. We cannot refund items that we have not received back or get lost in transit. Please ensure they are packaged appropriately so as not to get damaged in transit. 

​How To Refund or Exchange

papi aims to make it as easy as possible to exchange items for a different size, a different item or to return items.  


  • To exchange your item(s), please e-mail and let us know your order number & exchange details. 
  • Once we e-mail back to say your new size is in stock, send the item(s) back in safe and secure packaging (preferably the original) with your order number, name and exchange details enclosed on a note to the below address. 
  • Once returned we will send out your replacement items straight away! 


  • To return your item within the 14 day period, please e-mail and let us know your order number & return details. 
  • Once you have emailed us, send the item(s) back in safe and secure packaging (preferably the original packaging) with your order number and name.
  • We will refund you on receipt of items.​

*Note: Orders without a previous email and without accompanying order numbers and details enclosed cannot be identified and therefore cannot be refunded until identified.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected we send an email to notify you of your refund. Your refund will be processed and automatic credit applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
